Pretty much every thing you'll play on bass is derived from the mode patterns. These patterns are the basis for every configuration you would play, with Major and Miner applications. Play the c major scale, then move up to the d position and stay on the notes that have no bs or #s. then move up to e, f, g, a, b, then back to c. Please study the modes and unlock the secret knowledge of the bass....or keep playing crappy ac/dc knock offs!

oh tnt u start the bass on the higer octive not the lower like on the D string even tho its the same notes but he dose it on higher octives
