The government has the responsibility to regulate business, but it must be forced to keep its greedy hands off the private activities. Keene NH needs more libertarians in local government, and it needs to remove some of its onerous employees and ordinances.

The cops are enforcing laws made by folks other than them. I agree the table should have been left alone, but that was the organizers' fault. It is not "the system", it is not some omnipotent force making them act against their will, it's the cops themselves. When people say things like "it's the system that's fucked up, not the police" and "they're just doing their jobs" all it does is take the accountability away from the people who are actually responsible.

Obviously they don't want to lose their job because someone didn't pay when they knew they should have. It's also not fair that other stands at that fair probably paid, and had a good cause. All the information at the end of the video is shocking from 6:20 to the end it tells of all the REPORTED crimes the police commit we know many of them run wild doing anything they please. Exactly why we should be allowed to carry guns everywhere. I had a State trooper come to my home and threaten me for comments made at a DMV office IDK who at the DMV had their relative come to my home but they were wrong for doing so the officer was way out of line.

@kokopelli 314 Thanks kokopelli, I should stress the sarcasm more in my comments, it was meant to be a devils advocate kind of sarcasm (I got a pumpkin to carve so fuck the homeless) The festival organizers paid for a permit for a failed event so they called the cops on the volunteers( sour grapes) who were giving away a little bit of free food to raise money for the homeless.

But I thought that this was how it was done in most of the New England States. Or is Vermont the only state that still does it that way?
