How often does a younger person get a crush on a teacher, a coach, a minister, etc., and then follows up on this crush through some action, drawing the "authority" figure into it? How often does the "authority" figure get caught up in the flattery then, in a moment of "weakness" as it were cross that line. Watch Spike's Lee's 25th hour. Once that line is crossed there's no turning back as it were, for all parties are guilty of a serious lack of keeping boundaries in tact.
This was an amazing video about a deep issue that barely gets talked about when it comes to the imbalance represented here. But, from the perspective of the Mental Health professional that I am, I can tell you, that this scenario plays out in many cases that go undocumented and unreported.

What if we - and the mom - were left with a revelation that the father started the abuse, and it got turned around on him? wow I think the father started it with his son when he was a child. then created a monster he could not turn off., the son hated his mom had the wife looking like his mom I have been working with social services for 32 years i do know that these things are happening; So many wives let theses things go to keep their status in their community Pat

Son did get killed at the End, but we all know that as a follow up to this story if in real life, this will be carried by all the media, and the mother will be Judged as a Vicious Killer who stabbed her son to death 18times, and probably sent to the guillotine or Electric Chair.
For a Case like this the expectation is Call the Police and report the Abuse. but would they even believe the father? if the son claims he is the abused he would be believed more so than the dad.

@tallblkfun1 Needs more responses. People aren't awake enough to accept and view all possibilities. Everyone is stuck in the same forward going lifely routines. Loved what you had to say. Son wouldn't get in trouble most likely, he was sick in the head.
