That's pretty fast landing especially with a ceiling fan running! I love my mcx...just snapped the top of the rotorhead where the flybar goes...guess one ear got too stressed...on 2nd. Flybar...cant complain...it's been crashed a hundred+ times! LOL so far about $10 of parts...I'm gonna get a msr next...I think
cool vid i have to try that. I just bought my Blade mcx2 from my local hobby shop for about with tax and all $130. I got home my wife look at me crazy. I had the cheap one before the Syma107g than i had a skytech m2 helicopter both of them are cheap. Now i got a real deal one. Please do not but those cheap helicopters. Make sure you buy a good one that's a heli. I didn't even play with my Blade mcx2 yet but this afternoon it's on and the kids not here either. Peace
@1351Jack This is an mCX... the original. Ya... the ceiling fan does affect the flight greatly... you can just blow on it and it will fly across the room! Ya... I didn't have any cardboard on hand at the moment... I'm looking forward to seeing your response! -Tom

Okay first off this is a great and simple idea for a test of heli flying skill.
Im not hating these are just some improvements and things i noticed :).
First you have your ceiling fan on witch may or may not matter but i think it might affect the flight of the helicopter.(is this a mcx or mcx2 ?)
Second a possible change could be rings cut out of cardboard for obstical loops
hung from the ceiling.
I have not got my mcx2 yet but as soon as i get it i will post a video response for you. props dood
