I was thinking if you can make one more video, which shows us how to perform MAX- Act with all the Nero's moves, including normal moves and EX-moves. You know, the "EX-Act" timing is quite hard to get used to it for beginners like me.

Boo, everytime I use jump max act calibur jump cancel I end up hitting the enemy : ( and it flies away.

@AlekseyAesir You have to hit the enemy at a certain point before using JC during a Calibur attack.

@chaserthewolf Yeah, I jump, snatch, hit him with a max act, calibur, but when I jump for cancelling after the calibur it doesn't cancel the calibur, maybe I'm too slow :/ It's kinda different to play on keyboard anyway :).

@ebrinify Yeah I accidentally made a typo for the Exceed button. It's definitely L2/Left Trigger.

At 0:20, I just did Showdown and during that time I could press the Gun button repeatedly. When you do Showdown, you don't hold the button inputs. However I always use my right thumb whenever I'm using the gun button, as well as for the melee, buster, and jump button.

Plus, why would I change it if I'm already used to the default controls? The default layout holds no limits to me anymore.

And I use a PS3 controller. So in order to walk I just tilt the control stick slightly.

@polloxkun It's called Hold. Just hold down the button you set as Devil Bringer and Nero will continue to hold the enemy until they break free.

@Matsute Yes. I plan on making a "series" of tutorials for Dante since he is a very complicated character to use. I will include Jump Cancelling, the various uses of his Devil Arms, and advanced techniques such as Sky running, StarRave, Reverse Rave, Side Rave, Guard Cancelling, and more.

I believe the video will be split up into 3 or 4 parts. 5 at the most. I don't intend on making each video last longer than 15 minutes.

this is excellent !!..well done...though i wud recommend practising JC using a frost..i found it easier that way xD..for people who are still confused about JC timing here is a video /watch?v=GRH1FVkwTNw ..explains it with precise timing.. @chaserthewolf..u don't mind including this link in the description do ya? xD

@cyberbemon First off, I don't really need practice JCing against a Frost. The only thing I would need help is JCing against Alto and Bianco Angelos (seeing on how I play in turbo mode and it relies heavily on JC and exceed) My video was only to show people the possibilities of using Nero's advanced combat moves. I wasn't focused on just one thing.

I don't mind putting the link in the description though. It explains JC perfectly for beginners. Although using a Frost isn't good for a beginner.

Damn nigga your too good and no matter how hard I try playing as him and dante not hard at all to play as cause its the same thing from DMC3. I can never pull it off and I remember spending hours on each boss on DMD mode. Each time I try to do ether one weather its combos or just try not getting hit for the SSS Rank I always get hit at least one of there attack

@darkheart407 Well when I normally play DMC4, I pretty much play in Bloody Palace. I started out using Nero since my mind could not grasp how complicated Dante was in DMC4 (due to the ability to switch styles within combat). I can use Dante pretty well now but I still have problems doing advanced stuff with him.

I believe you should just keep fighting against the enemies that normally gives you any type of problems. I'm still trying to work on fighting Alto Angelos. lol

But I pretty much rushed through making this video and forgot some minor things.. >>;
