  • Fucking hell i have not heard that track for twenty five years and i sounds as good now as the first time i heard it , thank you so much for putting this on kind regards!

  • wicked these are real punks who kick butt

  • Great band !!

  • Thank you ,, never seen this afore . Like the man says bloody rare !

  • Cool song! Incidentally...thats rare footage from the Boiler House Studio where Roy Harper and Jimmy Page recorded "Whatever Happened to Jugula", 1984.

  • Didn't the singer with the headphones on used to be in Los Trios Albertos Paranoias (Snuff Rock)?

  • Skinheads in Leningrad!

  • Saw ICU a couple of times in Stoke in the mid 80's. Great parties. Nik used to come out before the gigs to chat at the bar etc. I actually silk screened a few ICU t-shirts for me and my mates (the logo with the big !) because we couldn't buy them anywhere.

Nik must have been an inspiration to Harry Enfield tho, as he sounds like Kevin the teenager, esp. on this track.

  • 'Ere mate, that's Dead Fred's Inner City Unit!

Great vid - many thanks; it's near enough my favourite songs too :-)

  • One of my favourite songs ever

  • Fred was class!!

  • I saw ICU at The Granary Club in Bristol in '85, and they remain the best band I've ever seen in my life (and I've seen a few!). Saw them again a couple of nights ago at a rare gig in Clevedon and they've still got it.

    More gigs please guys!

  • Nik Turner and the lads followed them on tour .Legends reform need a laugh

  • ...didn't want to end up in a chinese take-away!
