Uh, no. If you want it to sound warm, you need to crank it. It sounds just fine, it's clear and crisp- plus, as he said in the description, it sounded better in the room, it wasn't a great mic.
I've got the same Custom Shop Tele, and it's simply a stunning guitar. The S-1 switching, twisted Tele pup, fit, feel and action make my vintage Deluxe Reverb S'ing. Great demo!

Man this is a tube amp. If you want it to sound good you need to crank it up a bit. Otherwise it sounds thin and anemic. Nice playing tho man.

Its a very very clean sounding OD/Boost pedal and too me pretty darn transparent as well. An excellent value for $99.99 for sure!
