The government monopoly schools are keeping the poor in our cities poor. They want a docile public, so they can be ruled and fooled. It's harder to fool educated people. Break the government school monopoly. We need school choice. Give the poorest 20% of the population money that can only be used for school tuition. Make all others pay tuition. Let the schools compete to serve us better, instead of forcing us to go to the government monopoly schools.
