Maybe you didn't notice it, because it is being abused more and more and the producers are getting lazy so people are getting used to it. But it really is lame and should stop! The guy sings wll, the problem was the sound capture, probably with a mobile handy cam with a very rudimentar microphone to capture it. With good recording the voice shos more sound frequencies bands.

But we can realise tey are very professional. I now what i?m saying by own experience!

I will say this - the guy's got balls to sing this version of the song. There is a reason why no one else tries to cover Nelson Riddle's version of this song -- Frank Sinatra owns this version because he swings it like hell! All others can't swing this song worth spit, so they do it as a ballad. The band was cool. Love that bridge (Riddle was a genius)

Thanks for the kind words! I have also played with other bands, and the guys in the Johnny Mack Big Band are top notch. A lot of them are current, or former Army/Air Force band members. Top notch! Also, note that we, the band, NEVER practice - so sometimes it is not as "tight" as we want it to be, but they play the hell outta of it!
