Battlefield Bad Company 2 CAMPAIGN on a HD4850 [MAXED OUT 4x AA]

How do you get 4X AA? My game only allows me to go 1x...GFX card is a GTX 260 OCed @ 650/1401/1051...Phenom II x4 B55 @ 3.8. I should be able to!

What annoys me atm is my freind has a worse computer than me at runs it better than me. I have wat i said b4 Phenom II x2 550 3.1ghz he has e7200. I have hd4850 he has 9600gso. he says he doesn't get any lag and i do on mp. and considering I had to lower shadows, get rid of bloom . AF to 2 and all those things it really doesn't make sense, im hoping this Phenom II x4 955 will make the difference which apparently it does.

@PhobiaNZ What about your internet connection? He said MP, not SP. I lag like crazy online with hd 4670 which is pretty much better than the 9600 gso and I have a phenom 8400 x 3 2.1ghz, run on high on mp and lag like crazy, on sp I'm fine. I'm getting a better provider soon and where I live we have aluminium lines made in the 80s since it's an independent city and not government helped so we get crap speeds. Optic fibre will take ages to come here :(

SP runs a lot better than MP on BC2. MP requires more. With lag, do you mean low framerates or high ping? I'm on a copper cable atm, I will get optic fiber next year.

@G4meTesters I don't lag on empty severs or low severs with out many people or good connection severs with a lot of people but in most severs I get high ping causing bad ass lag.

I wish I had optic fibre, I don't even have copper lines!

Hey m8 I have a question because I find this video hard to believe. Maxed out with 4X AA? . ATM I am Running an HD4850 512mb Card with 4gb Ram ddr800 i believe and a Phenom II x2 550 3.1ghz, But this weekend I am going to get a Phenom II x4 955 3.2ghz, are you saying that I could max this game with atleast 2X aa? Because to be honest I cant run this on multiplayer very well atm like I had to take bloom off. AA of. AF to 2. All medium except Shadows to low. and my fps goes from 30-110.

It's not the best for BC2 (Quad is recommended). But it should run on High. Just dont put the anti aliasing high.

heeey guys, i have a e7400 intel duo cpu 2.8ghz card. Now i have the gt 140 and i'm thinking to buy this card, but i'm not sure what the game will do on my pc. I play on low now, and still have lagg now and then. Will i be able to play this game medium settings, free lagg with the Hd4850

I played BF Bad Company 2 every night with my buddies. It is wonderful. We all down loaded it from BFBC2DownloadXcom (replace X with . ), and it runs flawlessly!

why i have only 1X antialiasing?, i have all at maximum, at it works with 40 fps, so it works preety good,ihave 4850 hd zalman 512 mb and 2 gb ram 1066, intel core 2 duo e7300 2,66 ghz, and only dx9, cuz i have win xp installedd. it is the directx the problem, i need at least dx10???

With Windows XP the highest DX you can get is DX9.

DX9 does only support 1x anti aliasing.

To get higher AA install Windows Vista or Windows 7.

I totally recommend 7.

Mm, when I clock my processor to 2,4GHz the framerate drops a bit. But Intel's 2,4GHz is comparable to AMD's 2,7 GHz. I will do a test later today and message you on how well it worked.

I still have to buy the game, at this moment I play a copy. It's sold out at the gameshop that gives me those games for a very low price. So I have to wait for them to get the game in their shop again.

But once I got the game, we will definately play together some time.

The GTS250 is about the same, but the GTX260 is about 15 or 20% faster. A friend of mine who has a quad core pulled 60fps out of BFBC2 maxed out, 8x AA and 1920x1080 resolution.
