this is classical music, the origional and the purest art form, we old (heavey metal guy's) out there know and appreciate the art of music, (2 poster's here ) besides me.
it's good to see some of uf older guy's are still (kicking and alive)
False. I play in a post hardcore band, and it's alot more difficult than people think. Believe it or not, there is a technique for screaming. Do it wrong and you can actually mess up your insides. Also the technicalities in the drumming, guitar, bass, and every other aspect of the genera are very complex and complicated. Saying the statement you just stated is like saying "cello? Oh you just drag the bow across the strings and move your fingers up and down the strings."
@calebandrewmichael It's seriously upsetting when someone makes such a statement as lizzie. I have to say the same thing all the time. Why can't people just appreciate both genres for the skill regardless of whether or not they enjoy the sound?
@beezerboy94 well it does kinda give them the right i mean concertos and sonatas and opera are so much harder to play and compose than modern pop or death metal...
No puedo decir que es uno de mis facoritos, aun no encuentro uno... pero si que transmite, transporta y me lleva a un espacio, donde se junta la alegria y la melancolia...
Can someone please help me out and look up the video "Fish Dinner". I just want to know the music playing in the background. I think it's Bach-Cello I'm just not sure which NO. Can someone please help me out?
After 8 months I can't say that I do not think that this is any less lovely as before. Splendid performance and I still love the acoustics of the room. Perfect for Bach performances.
me too. I used to play it when was 6, but to family stuff, had to quit as I went to another country. Now I play a guitar, and a violin kinda, But I want a cello more, coz it synchronizes with my personality more
yes, his performance is ok, but... don't be angry of me. it is just my opinion. i don't like very much maisky. i like janos starker, feuermann, casals, fournier, cassado, tortelier, navarra, rostropovici, gendron, shafran...
i have been listening to him play since i was at school, and now i want to learn how to

@moneyquickeasy You know what I mean: people so wrapped up in classical being the only good music that they see everything else as inferior.

@beezerboy94 And how can you make that assumption by just looking at this guy? You seem very arrogant.

@SuperBonsoir thats true. for death metal, you need to take a person with sensitive ears, bang a guitar with the amp on, and record their scream :D

It's times like these that make it so I wish I played the cello instead of the double bass.. then I remember that bass is better! Haha!
Beautiful interpretation, few mistakes, LOVE the acoustics of the room. :)

yes
to everything
the suites sound bettr on a bass imo
wait, everything sounds better on a bass
TehRacooonODoom 3 years ago
Oh... So "Mecinimi" is your codename... so people won't know it's Bach pointing out his "mistakes."

Porqué las personas que interpretan cello siempre dan comentarios tan arrogantes?
omitsulp 3 years ago
Eso mismo me pregunto yo, es algo raro, por que deberian admirar lo bien que tocan, no los errores, sino disfrutar sin estar tocando.
tyr12345yurty 3 years ago
Si, estoy de acuerdo. El es un buen tocador, y todos se equivocan a veces, incluyendo los profesionales.

well - not bad after 30 years playing the same notes -can not understand to play 50 years the same notes - but ok..everybody how he can..

...but it is finally or at last only well-knowen 100000000000 times heard interpretation..
..you wonna see/hear something realy innovative - ..how to improvise bach or mozart ..?!
look for video : "bach sarabande jazz guitar"
or go to renatorozic dot com /audio/bach or audio/mozat..
..you ll astonish !
