The reason those textures are being retarted at the beginning is because your graphics are acting up. It can be due to not restarting your computer, video card does not support the correct drivers for the game, or poor installation which can be resolved by reinstalling with background programs turned off.
@GamerRob1 Turn view and detail distance all the way down - then, everything else up - it will always fix this. Do it before you start the initial loading sequence, and spread the word so everyone can know. It does not - I repeat - DOES NOT - lower the quality or draw distance of the rendered videos, it just makes it all load right! try it! :D thanks for helping.

The graphic bugs came from the original game. After the first patch (1.0.1) I haven't those bugs anymore.
