@mountainlova1009 Again, not true. Canadian Pacific had an extensive fleet of MLW RS-3's and they frequently operated on CP's mainline across the Rockies. Snows there were even worse than snows on Donner. Seems that you have this bias against Alcos without any real science behind your argument, buddy. Get with the facts, you moron.
@meccaturbo Moron? I'll Have You Know I've Learned About the American Locomotive Company for the last 7 Years, And I work On An ALCo Powered Road, Even We Run In winter. Sorry I'm not an RS-3 Expert But I frankly Don't Like the Engine.
I live in Nevada on the eastern edge of Donner pass. Its insanity how hard the snow comes down every year. In Nevada one storm alone dropped knee deep snow at my place. Amtrak's California Zephyr train has been snowbound on Donner Pass a few times over the years.
Trust me, that's what it's called. Make sure you're not looking at "Weather Storm". "Storm" is part of "Elizabeth: The Golden Age" Soundtrack. You can get it on iTunes.
All I can say is, wow! With the combination of filming, editing and score made this review climatic. Watching this makes me very excited for my copy of Donner Pass to come. As for the expansion pack, might look in to it more once I get the route itself. Still a tad bit concerned about the rotaries, but who knows. To sum this all up, this review was insane! In my opinion, your best work yet.
Absolutely beautiful. I'm not surprised that you are going into film because you do an absolutely fantastic job. If I ever get the money this route will become my new favorite.
I know what you mean some engineer crew members died in a trotary snowplow because of a avalanche and the passengers have to rip up the upholstery to keep warm and one of the cars had carbon monoxide leaking in
Incredible review. I got chilled to the bones watching this.

@mountainlova1009 That is simply not true. RS3's were used everywhere in the northeast in the cold....and served well.

It looks like you have a bit of an "alpha" error on that PA's trucks. LOL You can see what I'm talking at 0:27 seconds.
Espeelover 1 year ago
@Espeelover For whatever reason, that particular savegame was acting up. The model doesn't look like that ordinarily.
trmania 1 year ago
Ya, that will usually happen for me if there is some type of error, such as a sound error.

GranTurismo360 2 years ago
Thanks, but 1) The songs are in the credits, as you didn't specify which one. 2) It's the Storm of 1952, not 58.

Great choice on using Lux Aeterna. Unlike when many other people use it in just about everything dramatic on youtube, this fits perfectly!
