Nice job - I have the Harbor freight model and although it needs a lot of TLC to get into shape, it's a great little machine :) I'm liking your chip guard on the X-axis a lot - well done.
I couldn't tell but does your mill have a gas spring, counter weight or torsion spring for the counter balance?
