21:32 California does not lead the world qualitatively in setting an example for renewable energy. That is the myth of the Americans being ahead of everybody and I find it intriguing that now that the conservative stance is changing in the USA, they bring that up, as if it encouraged the Americans into renewables by telling how much better than we they are. California can only set an example for USA. The rest of the world has never said no to renewables or climate warming. We are ahead of you.

When I look at these people, I see that their style is similar to the cast in the Star Trek: Next Generation. This tells me that the cast was from California themselves. Especially Spiner, Frakes and McFadden
