Lincoln was the worst president ever.He got us into an unnecessary war that caused 600,000 casualties, he suspended habeus corpus, put hundreds of journalists, and their lawyers, in prison, he shut down hundreds of newspapers (critical of his unnecessary war), and he approved Sherman's March, applied the principles of scorched earth: he ordered his troops to burn crops,kill livestock and consume supplies.No one knows how many civilians were killed along the march.States had the right to secede.
