  • anyone who want swassy noise and this kinda power go at riley technologies and buy it wit hthe motec ecm and wiring

  • bet it sounds the dogs when its racing

  • @scorps59 It's not as high-pitched as you think. The best sound is on downshifts and upshifts. Lots of flame on the downshifts.

  • @FORDboy357 the anti lag system makes a HUGE bang when it shifts. you could probably shatter a glass when that thing pops.

  • @BmxDieseldude These aren't turbocharged. N/A 20B

  • @FORDboy357 ooops, sorry, pardon my ignorance. I will admit i know very little about rotary cars except for the basic concept as to how they work. I was thinking about the RX-8's i saw at lime rock park. So does it idle like that because it has "cams" or something. i quote "cams" because i don't know what it's equivalent is in the rotary. I guess im talking the valve timing and clearance being set for higher end rpm's. Sorry again, i have minimal knowledge of these things.

  • @BmxDieseldude No valves, no cams. The power these things make is completely dependent on the porting. It draws air/fuel in, compresses the mixture, ignites it, and expells it all with the just the orbiting of the rotor. There are only like 3 moving parts in a 13B, 4 in a 20B. The rotors and the eccentric shaft (crankshaft basically)

  • @FORDboy357 haha, displaying my ignorance a little more there. haha. I was thinking where the ports were that there would still be valves. Thanks for the mini lesson.

  • @BmxDieseldude Don't mention it. It took me a while to understand rotaries. But you can't ignore big power from a little engine.

  • @FORDboy357 there is a reason why they use them helicopters!

  • @FORDboy357 whooa whoooa whoooa !!!!! mazda fans Look at this looser name :it say's something about fordshit sryy i cant understand all of it

P.S go to you're Ford family is something is wrong about Mazda

  • @tibuflavius

is the answer that it's part owned by Ford?

  • @DFA79FOREVER Im pretty sure ford sold most if not all their stock in mazda when they almost went under.

  • @LiveWire8241 They still own 3% and still share models.

  • @tibuflavius I couldn't understand any of that.

  • Love the sound! That's one of the best!

  • love that idle

wish my rx-8 was like that

  • Peripheral port 20B is all you need!

  • thanks for sharing but anyway very bad recording quality

  • It was a cell phone man. I didn't tote around an HD camcorder.

  • no problem. i think you had an great experience seeing and hearing this live so i wish i could. this feeling you couldnt capture with any camcorder ;)

  • @FORDboy357 Get an iPhone 4 dude... lol, Just kidding, pretty nice video. I have a RX-8 (COMPLETELY STOCK THO) lol,
