Tony, are there any more Fruits you can get the SOD out like you did with the Papaya. I read somewhere that Melon is suitable for this too, just curious ;-)
@tester5495 Hi -Barley Grass contains a component that is very similar to SOD.
Fruit--Cantaloupe contains SOD.--Herbs--Aloe vera contains SOD (both Mn-SOD and Cu-Zn forms of SOD).-- Goji Berries-Ashwagandha may stimulate the production and activity of Superoxide Dismutase.-Brahmi may increase the activity of Catalase in various regions of the Brain.-
@tester5495 Ginkgo biloba (orally or applied topically ) may stimulate the endogenous production of SOD.-Indian Gooseberry may increase SOD levels-Korean Ginseng may stimulate the production of (Mitochondrial) SOD (due to the Ginsenoside Rb2 content of Korean Ginseng).-Milk Thistle increase the activity of SOD (due to the Silymarin content of Milk Thistle).Green Tea increase the activity of SOD.--Parsley may stimulate the activity of SOD (due to the Apigenin content of Parsley).--
I'm surprised that you used the natural bacteria from the air to ferment the papaya (not that there's anything wrong with that) and didn't lacto-ferment it using whey. Any idea if fermentation with whey doesn't bring out the same nutritional effect? (I have made many batches of lacto-fermented papaya chutney somewhat following the recipe in Sally Fallon's Nourishing Traditions book.
@miagreek Like I always tell everyone this is just one way---not the only way and that to make them and make them better and share the health---as far as the whey--or lacto---it should bring out the SOD levels higher---the ferment that is used will bring out whatever property that it will and may bring out more or less or something else
Hi Tony. I honor and respect you and the shifts you are creating for people. Thank You!
I fermented my papaya, turmeric and cinammon for 10 days and blended it with aloe vera juice. The mixture is more like a puree than liquid. I have been adding the mixture to my homemade vegatable juices and it fine, any additional benefits to adding more aloe vera juice?
@NMTruthTeller You tell me---there will be more influence of the aloe and the antioxidant and nutrient properties---but then it can potentially increase the uptake deeper into the colon as well
@kdcruz75 you could potentiall use a xanthium gum solution to spread as a result of this-----to be certain I cannot say I have only made it this way the reason is due to the antioxidant and glyco properties of aloe for the stabilizing the papaya break down to ferment so you may want to try to pour on it liquified cassava or xanthium or guar gum in a liquid--
You are talking about saving seeds. Can you let me know what to do with them after to be able to use them like you have said. Also can I do this with apricots or apples pears or bananas.
Yes, I used the "WH" to not draw too much attention to this discussion. Did you know that the google ceo is a boy who sits with the elite in N. California Redwoods, and so is Billy Goat Gates one of the 'good ol' boys there?
BTW, WHEN will google stop us sharing global gov stuff? When will the WH dude pull the iNet plug, to stop all us baddies?
@claudius2u then we will develop our own network---this is unstoppable at this point but it is monitorable so not sure they will pull the plug but will definitely increase the regs---either way the movement has begun and there is nooo turning it off
wiki '16th century recipe' to discover lots of meat-preserving recipes. But, essentially, its the nutmeg, cloves, cinnamin, and salt-vinegar-sugar combination. Much like you've discovered.
Go and try a mincemeat preserve YOU make, and be sure to let it age a minimum of a year!
The fermentation process is entirely halted, and the flavors of the ingredients permeate the preserve over time. Two years ago I made another batch, but did not can it. It's still fresh as original.
@claudius2u Sounds good I get alot of my ideas from the 12th and 14th century---they work --the rest of the current nutreceutical /Pharma---is at best questinable --and the reason it is because the information is half ass in how to actually apply the usage or the method to make it work ---this is what i try to show here on thetube
Hi HerbPlusBeadWorks:-)) Yes, to study WHY we are so dumb is to renounce our reliance on the White House to give us ANY advice, and especially to trust its phony, DEADLY 'health' guidance! Actually, the 'Georgia Guide Stones' proclaim the deadly intentions by those who control the media to destroy 99% of human life upon Earth, ASAP. How stupid we are is sitting in the White House, now!
@claudius2u More like the vatican since the run the show globally---and move across to the monarchies and then the banks---the white house is nothing but a strategic are to manage Corporate america like ottaw ais to the republic ( joke) of canada---the georgia guidestones has been there and now is a reality--with the infectious diseases being spread by the Agro Globalist who are owned by the Vatican ( monsanto) and the Biowarefare from our pharna and the chemtrails--interesting deployment
About 5 or so years ago I put up meatless mincemeat for the first time. I've always loved the taste, and had oodles of green tomatoes at the end of the fall, going into freezing weather. Some jars did not seal, and I did not discover them for about 3 years.
They had no sign of spoiling! Unsealed, unrefrigerated, those jars of mincemeat were still good after five years!
Look up the recipe for traditional mincemeat. It was used to preserve meat!
@claudius2u Before we became technically stupid and dependent on what we term as technology---they used to preserve meats and fish with SALT-ROSEMARY-SAGE-THYME--ONION-GARLIC-CLOVE-CINNAMON-NUTMEG OREGENO-- they used to hang the meditereanan oregano over unpasteurized Milk to keep it from spoiling--and they fed there animals these things today we have been increasing dumb down to a point where we have lost the ability to think--and rely more on stupidity--what was in the mincemeat
Tony, Can I dry the seeds in the oven on minimal temperature or will this make them obsolete? What is the ration juice / aloe vera? and is the aloe juice or gel?
@jeff00211 yes or just allow to dry on a paper towel and after about a week will have dried
any ratio will work depending on how you want it---don't forget it is just used as a carrier ( plus it's health benefits will carry it deeper into the colon as well ) so again make it make better and share the health and can be either gel or juice
@thenitap either way I started it outside the fridge and it sat for about 5 days and I was amazed at no hair growth ---and I have had it in the fridge now for 5 months and it is still good and share it with people all the time with no repercussions
the cinnamon and tumeric appear to keep it in check while it is fermenting
I do this as well with fresh papaya I add cinnamon powder ( I pulverize this right from the bark and then add it to the papaya) and it holds it for a good long time
in my health food store they dont have straight Aloe Vera its all mixed with some other ingredients, so i was looking for something else to use ...what are some other "carriers" do you recommend ? thanks in advance
@HerbsPlusBeadWorks Im on day 6 with my fermented papaya... I did exactly what you said added turmeric and Cinnamon to it so tomorrow its going to be ready..so its okay to use apple cider vinegar then? Is the braggs acv jar too small or should i go with a gallon size ?
all depends on how much papaya you used just make sure everything is covered that is the main thingand not alot just enough to cover everything completely

@aimtcb@aimtcb you can get lilly of the Valley with citric acid as a preservative---it is clean---some do have the polysorbate 60 in them
there will have to be something in it to keep it from molding or growing fungi or bacteria and citirc acid is used for skin to shut down the collagenase and is used as well by the muscles to take minerals in more effectively
Hey there, could you tell me in your video of chelation I am having difficulty tracking down EDTA at my local health stores. Is there another name I could use when asking for EDTA? Thank you and keep up the excellent work. Taupo, New Zealand.
@Folklore007 I was in your fair country last year--in wellington and noticed the limited access you have there---you may have to go to a pharmist or an apothecary and have them order it for you ---it will be dear--I can get it to you as well since I have stuff in a health food store as well

is there an optimum ratio of papaya to tumeric and cinnamin? also, hate to get off the path, but with the seeds, do I have to dry them or prep them in any way for storage if I'm not gonna plant them right away? thanks for the videos and great info!
@bastardchildofmary what I did was cover them all up with about an equal ratio of umeric with the cinnamon---since that video I have had a batch of papaya last 3 weeks with no growth of fuzz abnd again was safde to consume---dry the seeds and put them in a paper bag that is what I did
I have found that sometimes the easiest thing is to just allow for drying and then replanting--
@HerbsPlusBeadWorks thanks so much. I'm going over to my buddys next week and pre arrange some trades for papaya.[not sure if I'm too late or early] I live in florida and we have avacado, citrus, mango, and I just started coffee.
