  • @ahngel hey you got me thinking that yes! Everything started right after working out. I did work my legs and very hard so I think I building and retaining too much water! I will drink extra water tomorrow and see if anything improve, will keep u guys posted and thanks for the advise!

  • Oh, one more thing...are you doing any strength training in your workout? If you are, you may be building muscle which will cause your weight loss to stall. I hope my two cents helps LOL!

  • I'm sorry to hear about your plateau :~( I think your body is probably holding on to some excess salt/sodium which causes water retention. I think if you really drink a LOT of water, you can flush out some of that salt. I hope things get back on track for you soon. I start tomorrow!

  • Hang in there, you have done great so far, if 20 days is the limit then so be it...your body will tell you. I am on day 4, so far 6.5lbs lost.
