Lol yea right. Faster processor...instable piece a shit it is and always was. Well thats why it didnt last very long, now I wonder how AMD wants to recover from the beating they got.

I had a P3 and a P4. And I had many AMD CPUs. I'm not a fanboy of anything. I like good and stable performance and thats what I buy. Unfortunatly AMD disappointed me more than once. Sure they could squeeze out a few frames more in most games. But nothing ever was stable with it. Now Intel finaly got the credit they deserve and it looks like its gonna be like that for a while. Like it or not.
What you should have done was not skimped on your AMD systems with a VIA chipset! An AMD system with an nForce chipset is as stable as any Intel system made.
Absolutely. The P4 was a step backward and it must have been especially humiliating to Intel in early 2002, when the fastest P4 was being slaughtered by a lowly Tualatin Celeron!
FWIW, the Pentium M processor for notebooks is actually a Pentium 3 with a P4 socket interface.
i have AMD Athlon II X4 640 3GHz Processor

If I had to choose between the Pentium 4 HT and the Athlon 64, I'd choose the Athlon 64.

They should compare it with an Intel p4 HT Extreme edition

You mean Intel's attempt to recrown themselves, which failed with the release of the Athlon 64?

@Aqwert76 do you realize that this commercial was out around 3-4 years before there was a p4 HT extreme edition?

@hitachi088 Phenom is better than Athlon! Just look at the Cache, especially the L3 cache! The performance difference is very big!
