Good work! After being obese for way too many years, I lost 80 pounds during the last year and a half, and the only thing that reminds me of my obese days is that nasty fat around belly. But not for long, I've been pushing myself to the limit in past few weeks and by the begining of october no fat will survive. If I continue to work out with this enthusiasm, and I intend to do so, I plan to lose losing another ten pounds.
