this was surprisingly close, they had an even start, neguin lost it a little with the short sets, but i think that gave ray less time to recover, which tired him and ultimately decided that it had to go to neguin. even when rays moves where unbalanced and a little sketchy at times, i struggled to find a single move by neguin that looked remotely sketchy. a tough one indeed, but i have no doubt that despite a lack of beat hitting and combo's, neguin took this one
