I like this and I'll try to make it but I will replace the canola oil(which is very bad)& sesame oil for olive oil or coconut oil and the can vegetable stock(too much sodium) for water and unrefined Celtic salt (the only good salt)...yes, I'm such a healthy freak ;D but this recipe gave me a good idea, thanks for sharing!
@kirika20 Lol what is this comment. Canola Oil has more GOOD FATS than Olive oil does. Are you reading an insane homeopathic blog thats been discussing the 'toxic' process of Canola Oil? Its triple filtered + pasteurized. Calm down.
1991JMP, I think the skinny noodles are Shiratake Noodles aka Miracle Noodles. They aer not rice noodles. They are made out of Konjac Root, highly fiberous and water absorbant.
@kesha you know adding corn negates the reason for using skinny noodles. The corn adds sugar an carbs to the dish. The additional spice could also add a bloated feeling, since hot spices do this. There is already enough of a "heat" element to the dish.
This recipe is sooooooooooo delicious! I have actually prepared it several times now and came up with my own version with an island/soulful kick! I add ears of corn, cut up and 1 scotch bonnet pepper...Call me or request me as a friend if you have any questions! Plus, I have a GREAT 90-Day Health Challenge to help you become a new you and get better nutrition. 800-494-4841~ Kesha Murray
