  • Can I ask a question, about 1:18

what if you put hole right before the end of the track, will the ball fall?

    Thanks for your quick respond

  • This is one "real" video. =p

  • This video went viral on Pakistan

  • that last one- just arrange it in an circle with the repelling magnets at an angle

  • Magnetic fields do no "work", and you do not get any energy from them without dissipation of the field.

  • SMOT = Slowly Moves One Time

  • Whats with the porn music

  • use a tube instead of the track you are using, I have been telling people to use tubes till I was blue in the face, tubes would give you more advantage of bringing the ball back to the point of origin. tubes also allow the ball to bank better around turns.

  • why does nobody show a device where the ball turns back to the starting point and starts going up that ramp again...jzzz.

  • @naturecollision, Curious toys:

    watch?v=Pxy8phi6I74

    watch?v=kCr3lOhMJCg

    watch?v=FLek_3Hpwus

  • @naturecollision One more toy. watch?v=2yBFbA5pAv0

  • Those magnets look like a specifically crafted set. Where did you get them?

  • why not curve it so bearing goes back to the start?

  • @kamalmichael exactly my tought, only if if moves forever then it is overunity...

  • ok ok ok now w8 a second. so the ball starts out at ground zero goes uphill and produces a certain ammount of energy and then goes back to ground zero! isn't that a form of successful overunity application? what about the laws of concervation of energy? anyone an explanation please?

  • @cyberlord64 , I'm a skeptic, but not closed minded. If something works: well!

The Aeroplane was considered impossible up to and even after the Wright Brothers perfected it.

Cold Fusion, was labeled a scam 20 years ago, but the work has never stopped and has 3/5 repeatability with nett heat gain.

Physics stands true, but I think sometimes we don't imput the right data for the math.

I think our textbook model of magnetic field behaviour is not complete.

    Hot topic this!

  • @1BustedMyth where did you hear about the 3/5 repeatability rate? that would mean more than 50% of the cold power plants would work ;)

  • @naturecollision, There is a really good doco made by the US 60 mins, its on yt somewhere, had a good look for you, not sure what I filed it under, if its important to you, when i find it, I'll send it.

The new name of the work is LENR: Low Energy Nuclear Reaction, basicly its profesional suicide if you say Cold Fusion and need to continue to get grants, so many labs for the last 20 years have been working on the side in secret.

  • @naturecollision. These are high level Physicists, Chemists showing great interest, the original cell has now mutated into around 6 variations. in short no one really knows what this effect is. Its been found the reason replication peer review faced 20 years ago, was due to impurities in the metals, they must be of the highest grade.

On that doco a seniour scientist states on record that they are getting 3/5 consistant repeatability with a nett heat gain.

    Statement of the century! ;)

  • @1BustedMyth mhh yes I see, well we know the usual...big companies trying to stop anything from being free ;) energy, people, ideas. uhm, this also leads to scamsters to scam other people by selling blueprints, I actually bought the LT magnet motor blueprints, device at first look looked like it could work, but I dit not try to build one until I see a HDTV video of it actually working, probably a scam, lost 11$ not too much though ^^

  • @naturecollision, "LT Motor" is that the one in this video?

    watch?v=0JJiJkG03VM&feature=related

As you say lot of scammers, "Free Energy" is really misleading, Sunlight is free, but you still have to pay to build or buy a solar panel.

The law of thermodynamics works, but you have to imput the right numbers to start with.

Nuclear bomb and Fusion reactors, will trip most people up with their calculations.

many great thinkers were considered crackpots (at fist)

  • @naturecollision, Ahhh!, found it at last!, here's my collection watch?v=qb-9keOk-CQ watch?v=I8mJpfk384Y watch?v=i29oXQHh-U4 watch?v=ZyciIs53GfA watch?v=8uToLOOg1hI watch?v=ltZhii3g2HY watch?v=UbN3lAdOnCM watch?v=uMFvzohuVew watch?v=bs-Uk511S_I&feature=related I think you can understand these Toys ;)
  • @cyberlord64 nothing was violated here ^^ the ball has just a little certain amount of energy when you release it. That energy is preserved and with the alignment of the magnets directed. However the Gauss Law teaches us (and you'll see this if you try to continue it) that the divergence inside the field is 0. Which basically means the ball will at some point stand still and can NOT go upwards, it can't also give energy outside of the field, which means it's a nice way of letting a ball fall.

  • SMOT RULES!!!

  • Useless Piece of Crap

  • @hardtomakeanamelol

You're wrong. Look at the video from DocSaturas named "micro smot".

It's totally different from Calloway's gate, which is impossible to run.

    Regards

  • why not build one with a partial curve in it, that drops to another with a partial curve in, and repeats until it's in an infinite circular motion?

  • @promontorium: help me remember. I MUST do that. I am to busy and "distracted" with so many things that I will forget... :-(

  • now we need a SMOG and the world energy problems will be gone :D

  • At the end of the rail the ball drops down on the table. To get the ball back to start you have to LIFT IT, and that is where YOU put the energy in. If there wasn't a drop at end, and the rail continued after the last magnets the ball would just be pulled back and stop between the last magnets.

    Myth busted...

  • @ventje5haar The ball dropping had absolutely nothing to do with it, the idea is that this could be a continuous track, and the track is not sloped. The problem with this machine is that the magnets cannot keep getting closer infinitely, and if you 'reset' them, then there is a gap that cannot be overcome. If you are interested in this, search up "calloway V gate" right here on the tube. It's the EXACT same idea, and you will see the problem.

  • @hardtomakeanamelol

Thanks for your reply, but ask yourself WHY there is a drop at that specific point, and not just more track. Moving the ball back to start IS putting manual power into the system.

That "calloway V gate" you mentioned is allso "man powered". He moves the magnet witth his hand and gives the wheel a magnetic push everytime.

Please realize that magnetic motors / free energy only exists on YouTube, but not in real life. (That Nobel prize is still waiting....)

  • @ventje5haar I just don't think in the video the guy wanted you to look at the drop, the point was the little system in between. The fact that energy is put in is not even up for debate, its not even concealed, and I just don't think the point of the video was to demonstrate a perpetual motion device, but rather an interesting toy. And I am not arguing that the Calloway V gate is a motor... I just mentioned it was a similar design that was interesting as well. And actually, since we are

  • @ventje5haar on topic of the Calloway V gate, you should know that it is not actually a push that he gives it with the magnet. The trick is actually to RELEASE the magnet at a certain point, and the rest of the time when the wheel is accelerating the magnet is simply held in place. There was a very curious design with a special cam that did the work of the person mechanically, but it of course failed. I am aware that magnetic motors don't "exist," but it is an interesting topic nevertheless.

  • be cool if you could build something to direct the ball back to the smot thing to make it continuous.

  • use acrylic lear tubing shaped into a track, tubing would have all the right banking angles as well. I don't know if they make a clear hula hoop, maybe at Toy's-R-Us store.

  • yes very good SMOT ! but you don't close a loop with it ! small cinetic energy ! you must accelerated the ball and throught the stiky spot with magnetic shield ! Congratulations !

  • Love this sort of stuff. But how long would it take before the ball bearing became magnitised, and would that affect its running.? Sort of Equilising.!

  • PS:

At the moment I have other things to do, so for now I am not going buy magnets and a ball to find out if this would work, and if it does make circle with it.

If it would work then the ball could be rolling around turning an arm like the hand of a clock -or a multiple of them using more balls- and turn a pulley in the center.

The end of the arms could be attached to the balls like an axle in their center.

I might never try it out. But if you who read this has nothing better to do...

  • ON THE OTHER HAND:

Since the ball does not have to be lifted all the way to the height of its diameter, it can reach the end of the ramp while the magnetic pull is not strong enough to prevent the ball from dropping. The ramp is supporting enough weight of the ball to make it move lightly forward and up toward the magnet, while the pull is not strong enough to lift the ball all the way up to the magnet. I am imagining the magnet or magnets placed above the ramp and beyond the end of it.

  • OF COURSE, SINCE IN ORDER TO ELEVATE THE BALL TO A HIGHT AT LEAST ITS DIAMETER, THE LAST MAGNETS IN THE ROW HAVE TO BE SO STRONG THAT THEY WON'T ALLOW THE BALL TO DROP, SMOT DOES NOT WORK.

The "No Free Energy From SMOTs" video shows this.

Better use those chopsticks only to eat food with... ; )

  • SYMPLY PUT 3 SMOT RAMPS IN A CLOSED TRIANGLE CONFIGURATION.

(If you want to try it out, anyone.)

  • What is the music used here please?

  • now make it go in a circle and make a perpetuem mobile :D :P

  • this is rudiculous i though i was in the buy mode of the sims with that darn tune lol

  • Love that tune. its got samples from Logans Run. cool movie.

  • If you watch his latest upset, were he got the magnets on the sides in a triangle shape. I think thats the most important one because notice the speed it gets past the magnets. Make a loop back there and you got yourself overunity? Not ?

  • Hallo

    MfG, Tastlwastl

  • the trick here is to use one rail, put induction coils at every position the ball will roll over a magnet, use the coils to charge up a capacitor that will in-turn fire a servo that triggers a magnetic shield at the end of the track, the energy of the coils is enough to light a light bulb without the cap.

  • there is no overunity here!

  • Hi Manfred,
