International law forbades occupation of any land that is taken by force in addition the united states and the international community doesn't even recognize the illegally annexed Golan heights as part of Israel what so ever. It is a very well know fact that Israeli settlers were within the demilitarized zone and farming the area in addition Israeli settlers were harassing Syrian farmers and as i mentioned the Syrians responding by shelling jews in the demilitarized zone. IMO, it would behoove the PA to seek direct lias' with Netanyahu and strive for ongoing dialogue. I'd start out by asking only "Yes" questions. Start with what both agree on, and work from there slowly. If they choose adversarial dialogue to begin with, it's going to be a rough time for the PA.
