It's stupid, it wouldn't take place in Vice City, or Ireland, or London. Maybe ina side mission? But in the trailer, it shows Vinewood. Pretty much Los Santos. I believe since it showed the freeway from Los Santos (L.A.) that goes to Mexico (in real life, just a straight highway to mexico) The map will be HUGE! And the map will stay in Vinewood.

Grand Theft Auto V is going to be set in Vegas aint it obvious The V means Money, so where do you get most jobs and money from. Jobs + Money = Vegas, the main protogonist could be the money makers and trained Vegas Casino Workers Toni Cipirani and Carl Johnson. Possibly CJ as he has experience over Casino Heists.
