another good question is, how many pushups can you do with a 300lb bag on your back? that exercise is even harder than sandbag bench press! i would love to see that!! great lifting!
u anumal... most of us have trouble benching 300 for reps let alone using a sandbag... good to see ur strength clips, sick of seeing to many top heavy curls and flies on here
I did that with my laundry bag ... after i emptied it
