@EnLugal Primitive racism, on the other hand, seems to have promulgated way before the 19th century and, we are happy to report, still exists and thrives today.
@EnLugal well the whites are more savage. didn't the whites started many wars that influenced all other countries? because of the whites, many cultures have been destroyed and now you think that everything came from the whites. while all they do is steal
@EvilAbalone OMG, totally lol. except Nodame's face is like a fish face or something that look like the number 3 instead of this face and posture lol.
This is what I've been telling my brother. You must play the piano with passion, heart, and soul to make it sound whole and much better than just doing it for the sake of doing it.
To hotbeb... who wanted this to be played a little softer and without any harshness. Her dynamics are precisely what makes her performance standout from all the sister-boys who have recorded this. As for the harshness. It was a trait of Beethoven to introduce a bit of harshness and then eliminate it on the next passage. She is an amazing performer. @eddissimo
I am not familiar with the piece, but I can guarantee you that if sh was supposed to play a Bb, she played it correctly. in the right hand she played F, Ab, Bb, D
@HoorahMarineCorps Its live recital let's judge base on more on how she interpreted the piece, it's not a studio recording piece after all unless we talking how about how perfectly your ear can hear those pitches
I agree!!! However someone had said she played the wrong note, when in fact, she played the correct note. Why don't you tell the person who had posted the original comment instead of me. However, I know I'm right anyway haha
@ryanthe You're slightly right. The wrong note was actually around the end 0:28 and the start of 0:29. You were probably misunderstood by HoorahMarineCorps because of that.
This coming from a simple Joe in America who never really quite understood or respected classical music, the composers, and the performers until about 10 years ago. The more I listen, the more I understand and respect. Aya is a professional. The music stirs emotions, and sounds wonderful.
5 starts are only for Richter and the ones like him Srry but u have a long way to reach such a perfect perfomance ....still u re performance is vv good for u re age
You play this excellently. . . if you're this good now then I can't imagine how you'll play in 10 years. . . you'll be even better then. I can't wait!

A bit too fast for my liking. I like it more how Rubinstein plays it but technically you are obviously very advanced. I like your flight of the bumblebee version a lot. You went for the exact same interpretation as I tried to go for., only you play it a bit cleaner than I do. :-)
Excellent playing. I've been playing piano for sometime but man! Your performance blows me away! Have you listened to Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata? Another wonderful piece
You have talent with a capital "T" - let nobody tell you otherwise - you also have a seemingly natural intangible quiet charisma - you are truly gifted. Ms Aya, I absolutely love your playing. I watch all your videos. This is the first time I ever felt your interpretation was a bit off. This sounds too controlled. You have the technical tools to pick up the tempo ~20% faster and play with less restraint.
If you practice you can play this song... try to perform this piece rather mf... and you should be more relaxed when you look to the keyboard... Try to improve your interpretation with some very easy songs like Tempest or Moonlight Sonata. Good luck
you are kidding right? the tempest sonata is NOT easy at all, it is considered one of his hardest sonatas, along with the waldstein, hammerklavier, appassionata, and les adieux.

It's interesting that the primitive Japs play nly music that whites created. The savages didn't even have piano before the 19th century.
