@CarineMurell i have a theory about that. since RJ had a gun with him, pointing at Jane, and Jane works for the CBI he WAS on a case and had justification to fire first. kind of. it'll probably go self-defense and he gets off free or at the very least, justifiable homicide and he wont do much time.
