Great video of Steve singing with the band live. You could see he really wanted the people to get into it. So much depends on audience reaction during a live performance, Perry did well to give them his best. One of my all-time fav songs.

Figures... the way Herbie Herbert described it in that infamous interview, you'd think that Steve sounded absolutely horrible. But, I think he sounds good. Yes, it's transposed down and he has that (1984 onward) huskiness, but he sounds good and his vocal ad libs were still sweet and effortless.

I hate that part in this video where Steve says Neal's name before Neal starts playing guitar like Steve used to in so many of the Journey concerts.If I was Steve,Neal's actual name would be the last thing I'd be calling him.Steve had to deal with so much jealousy from the other members of Journey,especially Neal.
I love Steve with really long hair and that particular coloured shirt. looks great on him He could have been a male model!
