According to my ipod, the song is called Shoujo no Gensou ZTS Remix, I think the singer is Riya and its 10:55 minutes long. So if anyone is looking for the song, I guess try to google what I type, you may find it.

What I wonder is, where is this song played in the anime or game? I don't understand japanese but maybe shes singing something similiar on what is happening in the storyline. Anyways, I love this song.

it is the same title. The song is a re-release of previous song/mix (found Clannad image vocal album Sorarado, 2003)~ the melody is reoccurence, although remixed.
