  • @AP3340, The abs @0:17 are pretty gross, I admit, but even if you do these exercises your abs won't look like his, your abs are unique as your fingerprint.

  • @bombarto344 I have great abs for years and I never taken any proteins, it was all down to eating healthy and working out 3 times per week I got abs in 4 weeks, these exercise work but recommend if you have alot of fat you have to do high intensity training to get better results. I always look out for other ways of working the abs!! Great stuff here.

    ok no prob, your a female thats 5-"8"

    ill keep this simple, you need 1800 kcals to sustain your weight, so every morning your weight does NOT change.

    well, to lose weight you need to shave off Kcals, but by how much?

    500 kcals per day x7 is 3500 kcals, thats equivilant to 1 lbs of weight lose per week.

    Eating 1300 kcals per day will take 30 weeks to lose your 30 lbs.

    however, if you throw in some excersise your target weight loss will be achieved in around 20 weeks:

    yes, stop doing abs excersis, start doing weights or start aerobics excersis like running, biking etc, your gains will be 10x faster, and eat 300kcals less than what you need:

    You wonna make real gains in super fast time, thats the way its done :

    Also, dont ever think you can target a specific area, Fat burns evenly around the body, NOT in a specific area, even if you target your abs, thats why folks in the know, will tell you abs, crunches are useless, instead, stick to 1300kcals,get some excersise of any kind, all types are good, weights , running, cycling are very effective.

    in the first week you will lose 3-4 lbs, your body drops excess water, then it realy concentrates on burning the fat

    thats as simple as it get

  • @MissWorldChamp if you have belly fat that you want gone you need to make sure you are doing high intensity interval training and eating right ... if you do that you will start to see BIG results in 4 or so weeks.   • These fools don't know jack squat about building muscles. Ripped, cuts, doesn't matter, you gotta know how to project what your body can and cannot take. What you said is about as simple as it can get if you wanna start somewhere. Isolating is the worst thing you could do because the muscles develop when you rest, not when you exercise. Abs don't appear just because you want to target that area alone, you need to lose fat. Develop everything and the abs will follow.

    there are too many folks confused about this stuff, its simple and straight forward, ive been training since 26 years old, im now 43, and the same formula that got guys big and ripped in the day is pretty much the same formula used today, nothings changed, Train Big, Eat Big,Sleep Big, then you will eventualy be BIG: thats realy all it boils down too, nothing more.

  • @1521joe Dude, you're the 2nd person that I've met that gets it down to a T. I don't know why its so hard to understand such a simple concept. It's just kinda stupid how people think that having an abs exercise will lose belly fat. I keep telling people that the abs are the LAST thing that will develop because the body's stored fat is in the belly and you need the muscles to burn that fat.

The reason that people may appear not to understand it is because they are hopeful there must be a six pack shortcut....and there are indeed shortcuts to getting a six pack (they just don't work for everyone.) It comes down to this: 10 minutes a day and diet.....or....do what works for everyone (train and eat big = money that people don't have)
