Well no offence to all of you, but are you listening to what he's saying? He IS saying it the proper way, i.e. 'MAzda', and not 'Maaaahzduh', which is how most Americans (and in fact Scottish people) pronounce it.
@fuddey Yeah, this is the way it's pronounced in Australia as well, and the rest of the English speaking world. Only Americans say Maahzda. The Japanese pronunciation is slightly different again. But then virtually no one ever pronounces Japanese words such as place names the way the Japanese do.
in japanese the letter Ma is pronounces like MaMa. together it MAzda (in japan they say Matsuda because they dont have a letter z, so they substitute it with tsu.

That's how we pronounce it in Canada. Anything else sounds foreign to us.
