  • Uuuh!!! I <3 this song!!! When they say: Inside there is gentleness, calm preceding tears: cry again, cry again. Moment of toil! Call the Gods to answer me, hear me say: hear my pain, call the Gods to answer me, Frika come! Frika come!

  • Awesome german electro-dark, wonderful sound, i love dark industrial electro very much, the dark, deep bass is awesome

  • @djmusicjac Not German. UK.

  • Awesome upload, thanks a bunch!

  • Unfortunately the only good song from Advance & Follow. But this one is relly good, but I´m so happy vnv have evolved to what they are today.

  • When you actually listen to the lyrics and make sense of them... It's a frighteningly accurate description of the "philosophical block", the loss of moral direction which usually comes with psychological turmoil.

  • There's a live version of this that is just sublime.

  • My sisters cat is named Frika. And that name is from this song

  • lmao frika come! get out of the fridge!

  • <3 this is what i want to name my kitty when i get her. she may well be named frika now.

  • wow

  • wth does "frika" mean? i dont have english as my maternal language so..

  • Google it and click the second link (the SongMeanings one). There's a lot of insightful comments on that page.

  • Frika is the Goddess of Peace.

  • i cant quite remember, but i think frika is another name from one of the ancient norse gods, either frey or freya? i might be wrong though.

and this song is excellent :)

  • In Norse mythology Frika/Frigga is Odin's wife and the queen of the gods. Freya is "the Mistress," as in Valfreya (Mistress of the Fallen). The Valkyrie take the Valr (the Fallen, as in PTF 2012) from the battlefield, Odin receives half and Freya receives the other half. The allusion here is to Ragnarok when the righteous slain and the gods will both rise to do battle against the forces of evil. This will begin when Heimdall blows his horn to awaken the gods ("call the gods to answer me"). :-)

  • @ViceroyNuteGunray there using frika as a way to call apon peace and tranquility in there lifes like people who still follow norse mythology still do today prety cool if you ask me
