  • Thanks for all your advise and the videos you post there very helpful thanks !!!

  • I Found out that the bluestar as well is worthless as well the only one I have heard good reviews on is the brcp so caved In and bought one . I saw your video I believe it was your video in the brcp and from what I saw I was impressed with the 2 speed I have now It would have lasted about half the time of your video . I love hitting 63 miles per which is why I refuse to go to single speed !!!

  • I will look that website up tonight the only problem is my bearing is a little unusual so I may have to scrap the whole two speed I got now . I contacted blackbone and that 2 speed is a little rich for my blood right 250 shipped I just bought another Baja last week. Do you know any thing about the team blue star 2 speed ? Thanks

  • @TheShaddy123456: Hi mate, no..never heard about them.

  • Cool thanks . And you have had no problem with it or limited problems ? And I hate to keep bothering you but you mentioned I believe? That you found a one way bearing that is stronger than the ones in getting now ? If so please give me the name again of the place I can get one thanks .

  • @TheShaddy123456: No problems at all so far. In use since approx 1 year. I cannot remember the name of the company that manufactures the one way bearing but you can just look up the internet with a seach after: TGN 2 speed problems and you'll find a lot of threads with manufacturers for the bearing...

  • Oh and the km 2 speed cover is junk!!! I have broke 3 of them and the 28$ a pop for cheap ass plastic I'm probably going to have buy the python which 150$

  • I have the km 2 speed now it works great but the f-ing bearing is junk and the only one I can seem to find is the one the km supplier sells .So you say vfx sells a bearing thats more durable ? And how much did you pay for your blackbone 2 speed you never told me? Thanks for all the info .

  • @TheShaddy123456: It was around 150 bucks I believe...

  • I can believe that tr 2 speed is problematic especially what they get for it . I guess the hefty price tags does not assure you quality . And one more thing do you know where I can get a good 2 speed gear cover the python is a little spendy for me .

  • @TheShaddy123456: You're 100% right. I would say the material if top quality but the failed with the supplier of the bearings. Btw: You can just replace the bearing against a VFX one and it works perfect. There are a lot of Treads in the forums that discuss the different suppliers. Also TGN is replacing the bearing if you tell them to. However, I highly doubt the process of testing before releasing the product to the market. The bearing would have failed in the first hour of testing...

  • @TheShaddy123456: ...for the second Q. King Motor does also offer 2 speeds but also the covers. Just check up Ebay...

  • Say I looked up the brcp ( blackbone) 2 speed you mentioned and it did not state how much it was ? Do you how much they go for ? I have a two speed now with a vertigo clutch bell cover I hope this all will work with it . So you say this brcp works good with no or very little problems? I sure would hate to give up my 2 speed it makes such a huge difference . I'm still searching for a high quality one way bearing for my now if I fine one that wield I will let you know.

  • @TheShaddy123456: The BRCP works perfect with no problems. Also the supplier sent me additional screws from the UK over to Switzerland with no cost. Its a top notch 2 speed with a top seller :-)

  • Have you had any problems since installing the 2 speed? Does it have a one way bearing ? I have a two speed now that requires a one way bearing and I'm blowing threw them every time out!

  • @TheShaddy123456: Yes, I had the same problems. I have replaced it with a Version from the UK. The ebay link is in the comments thread.

  • Thank you for responding. The crank went bad dirt was on the outside of the carb so I guess dirt got in the engine and wiped out the crank. I bought a 26cc engine and that works good and I bought outer wear cover for the filter hope that works. The engine is a hy are they good seems to have alot of power. Thank you

  • @punch800a4: Cool. Glad that you found the error. You are always welcome!

  • Thank. I know what happend the crank went bad I guess dirt or something got in the engine and wiped out the cranks. Thank you for responding

  • Kinda sounds like it has a bad valve but I don't think these engines have valves I will post a video about it tomorrow

  • @punch800a4: The engine has no valves in that sense. It all workes with holes and timing for air/gasoline intake and outtake :-). With respect to missing power in mid and high rev... What kidn of engine are you running and what kind of gearing. You might be overgeared and the motor has not enough power...

  • The bearing is ok but at mid to high rpm the engine misses bad can't get any speed out of it and it has loss of power

  • What's up first I got the 2 speed working good but now the engine breaks up at mid to high rpm and it's sluggish I tried tunning it that did nothing can you help me thanks man name is Kenny by the way

  • @punch800a4: Kenny, PM me with the explanation of what you mean with "the engine breaks up". Do you mean that the engine goes in some kind of free run? If yes, the one way is defect.

  • @loco thank you

  • @punch800a4: Always welcome :-)

  • I used the blue but it didn't work but now I think it the one way bearing, I drove it for like 5 minutes and it went their going to send me a new one way bearing and if that don't work then I don't know I guess I'll give it back to them. Ever since I got the 2 speed all I did was work on it, it sucks I want to start running it I want to see how fast it is. Someone is selling a cy 26cc with crank work done and a couple other things I'm thinking about getting it what do you think about that?

  • @punch800a4: If you want to get a 2 speed that works excellent take this: cgi.ebay.ch/BRCP-2-SPEED-GEARBOX-FOR-HPI-BAJA-AND-CLONES-KM-ECT-/160628528256?pt=UK_ToysGames_RadioControlled_JN&hash=item256634d480

  • The screw kept coming lose was that the problem because that's the problem I'm having with mine. Mine is from kingmotor but I like the way yours looks. I put the blue lock tight on mine if it comes loose again I will use the red lock tight and yes it was a big help thank you let me know if that was the problem if the screw kept coming lose thank you.

  • @punch800a4: I think you should even use the green Thread Lock. Let me know the result!

  • Other than that it's good and is yours still running

  • How do you like that 2 speed. I put one on my mine it is a kingmotor 2 peed and the screw that holds the gear on keeps coming loose I just put lock tight on it but if it comes loose again I'm getting another one. I seen those on YouTube and they look easy to adjust the the 2speed thanks

  • @punch800a4: It works good but they have had a problem with the one way bearing in the 1st series (the one you get from TGN). With respect to the Thread Lock...you need to put the non removable on the screw. You can still remove it with heat. Thread Lock becomes non functional above 150 degrees C. Hope this helps.

  • awesome :) a green screen with music playing...

    is this normal?

  • @headsmess: No. Try to install the latest flash player. Works perfectly on my side...

  • @headsmess mine works 2

  • ia it better to have a a high number gear vs a small number gear please send me a message iam looking for high speed

  • @jacobbryan17: This highly depends on the engine you are running. If you are running stock I would no go to high (relation small between gears). If you are running a tuned engine (high power) you can widen the gap from 1st to sencd gear. However, be aware that there has been an issue with the one way bearings on the 2 speeds. There are also other providers of 2 speeds that don't have that issue - check this up on ebay as well.

  • Feel the funk - tony faline & Huda Hudia

  • nice i like it

  • @41612patria: Thanks!

  • what is the song ?

  • @Ragelundas:Sorry. Dont know anymore. Have chosen it trough AudioSwap.

  • Nice video, easy to understand. I'm waiting for my 2 speed to arrive. Thanks for the help!

  • @8itfrix: Nice. Let me know about your experience as soon as you have built it in :-)

  • why would you hammer the pin out of the lay shaft. there is a screw in the back that captures it. IE loosen the screw and pin falls out....

  • @Megabyteme325: Thanks for the comment. I saw the screw but either the metal was already little twisted or the hole was tight for the pin. I loosened the screw but the pin fell not out. Thats why the hammeraction followed...

  • Great video man! Thanks 1000 times, I was looking for a video to install my 2 speeds. I'm a visual person and it clearly explain everystep! Good shot and many thanks!
