I contacted the owner and the bust of Hernando DeSoto (emblem) originally came with the car and the fender skirts were specially ordered and painted. He is willing to sell the fender skirts.
Go to bidfunshop, type desoto in the yellow search bar. You will see the owner's items. Click on the DeSoto and on the right of the page, click Contact to send him a message.
As for the emblem, you might want to try your local car swap meet or place a parts wanted ad on the site. Good luck!
