  • any tips on doing glides?

  • @MyKi424 Get REALLY comfortable with tapping your way around, and then eventually you'll feel it and let go and glide. Controlling the glide is a whole other story, that'll take some time to develop with leg/hips/back position. You develop a feel for it. Just get into a glide, and pay attention to what your body does when you fall down, then try to counteract it. It really takes a lot of concentration, any small move while spinning can result in big changes of body orientation.

  • were did you get the helmet

  • Hey,man did you ever try to do headspin with a cap???And what is experience is it more easier with a hemlet or with a cap????

  • lmao i have the same radio as you

  • when you do this do you keep your back and neck flexed or is it relaxed

  • @angrytaco123 Back is pretty flexed whenever you're tapping, but other than that nothing else is really tense or anything.

You DONT want to flex your neck, flexing it while spinning might casue you to pull a muscle, bad idea in general. Always relax your neckmuscles, make the shoulders take the emphasis.

  • nice drill at 0:27

  • wow i recently watch ur old video i was like damn u improve i wonder how long did it take u to learn headspin

  • You're a very very great Breakdancer! =D

  • Looks real clean man. I like how you used your right hand for support when speeding up. And it looks badass like that lol. Ive been bboying for a while but i never really had a surface to practice headspins on. I just started a few weeks ago wit headspins since i found wood flooring to use. Hopefully i go somewhere wit them lol. Keep putting vids up like this man, motivates people ya kno?

  • hey man! Thanks a lot for the encouragement! I finally found some time to get back into the practice, getting a lot more spins in my drills now! It's such a dope feeling! =D

Hope you keep it up too bro, even on the crappy floors :p

  • thats dope

  • sweet. i break dance toO

. i can do shit Bboy physicx does XD

  • hey man does headspin helps for 2000 or 1990s?

  • not at all man! at least in my experience...

the only way it could help is that you learn to keep your lower body (legs/hips) stiff when you're spinning, so that could help with 1990's? But still not that much i think

  • oh:s

well thx for replying man :)

  • how much did you practice this a week?

  • yo! i tried for about 4 times a week...minimum an hour of practice. However, I have been way out of practice since april since I've been doing lots of travelling and stuff! So right now don't have much in terms of progression. Getting back into it!

  • i like the purple shirt that guy in the backround is wearing lol

  • (^-^)b

  • (^__^)

  • nice peogression, keep the hard work dude ;D

  • it looks like your on the wrong part of the helmet idk thats what it looks like

  • I wouldn't say it's the "wrong part" . I spin on the forehead part because its the most even/smooth part of the helmet, although it has small surface area touching the ground so harder to balance! Reason for this is because the center of the helmet is very uneven and makes it hard to headspin! Very bad helmet for that, so I had to spin on a different part! I think it's time to buy a new helmet i guess! :P

  • nice smooth and lots of control

  • just keep spinning LOL :D
