There is not other song but this one. This is everything I love about silverchair; all three of them working in perfect tandem, Daniel specifically riding the music he wrote years earlier, channeling that feeling with pure honesty. This is absolutely spectacular.

Watching Daniel Johns play this song live is absolutely fascinating. Not only is the music completely flawless, but just seeing someone be so passionately in the moment is breathtaking, and that is an understatement. It does not get better than this.
I know it's what happened. It's also the main reason Sliverchair doesn't play most of their older stuff live these days. Most people realize this but morons like you usually don't because they are in denial. Daniels older voice is GONE. Get over it.
His older voice is gone. His voice has changed drastically due to age and his drinking/drug use.
Can he still sing, yes but he can't pull off the older Silverchair songs anymore. He just doesn't have vocal range he use to and his voice is much more average than it use to be.
This is also a PROFESSIONALLY DONE DVD that is produced/doctored up to sound great.
if he dies after the diorama success, he would have been a legend (like cobain,hendrix etc. etc). posters of him hanging everywhere..achieve the popularity much much more than they have now.

This is Daniel Johns on anti-depressants that work, without substance abuse problems, and without emotional issues (not big ones) and without severe arthritis that debilitates him.
Neon Ballroom is by far one of my most favorite albums of all time. Such a creative album. I know Silverchair can rock out like in the Frogstomp album, but dang, Silverchair brought something different to the table and it was quite tasty

wat effect do u use??? I usally go with Boss Giga Delay to get those wacky interlude solos that D.J does quite alot, but i find it hard to get that effect he uses at 4:10, especially the Y.M launch version of this song
I have a Digitech multi-effects board... and on it this effect is called "IPS." You have to set if you want 2nd to 12th note harmonization, and then set the key. Even then, it sounds okay until you get to a certain note that just is out of key... like on this song.

about 4:10. It normally my favorite part, but it sounds like the effect just wasn't set to the right key. I have that effect and it's hard to use.

wat effect do u use??? I usally go with Boss Giga Delay to get those wacky interlude solos that D.J does quite alot, but i find it hard to get that effect he uses at 4:10, especially the Y.M launch version of this song

I have a Digitech multi-effects board... and on it this effect is called "IPS." You have to set if you want 2nd to 12th note harmonization, and then set the key. Even then, it sounds okay until you get to a certain note that just is out of key... like on this song.
The one at the YM launch is just a whammy pedal.

I think the sound is not the best, anyway... guitar and keyboards are too low... so i still choosing faraway stables version.

Dude, I think it's because the quality on YouTube is not that good. I've got the DVD and the sound quality gives you the goose bumps!
