With Jolteon, Pin Missile is usually weaker, and always less consistent, than Thunderbolt - even when it hits for Super Effective. Still a decent choice, though.

Focus Energy is glitched in this game. Instead of raising your chance to crit, it makes it so you can't crit at all. It's worse than Splash.
