  • It's a magical place. There is no place on earch I believe that feels like it as soon as you drive in.

  • they made a small mistake in calling it the bay area, this is san francisco were talking about, lol

  • San Francisco is my favorite city in the entire world. I always pictured myself to stand at the end of the piers at fisherman's wharf and just look out to the bay on a nice sunny day (no clouds that is) and enjoy the breeze. There is a lot to do in this city and if anyone likes to travel to this city, the best time to go would be in the summer because it is always sunny and the weather is just right. Enjoy!

  • Aw, it was so beautiful when I went!

  • CHECK oUT my vIdS PLEASE if U waNnA seE BIKIng aRounD this AReA

  • San Francisco the best city of the world, thanks for video !

Magnifique ville ! hugs bisous from Belgium ( Europe ) Thierry <3

  • This Video is by far the best in truly Capturing The HEART OF San Francisco! I Lived there for 7 years and you went all the right places! Thanks so much, I saved

This one so i can look anytime and have sweet memories! ♥Of S F

  • o'farrell street san francisco <3

  • Best video on youtube!...who agree with me ?

  • New yorks minimum wage is 7.25hr, Very disapointing considering they have a population 10x bigger than sanfrancisco. and they still dont care about increasing the minimum wage. So expensive to love in New york. How poor New yorkers havent tried to get the minimum wage increase is beyond me.

  • Sanfrancisco does try to do more to help its poor working class, unlike New York City, Just found out city council approved a 10.25 hr minimum wage! It will go into effect 1/1/12. Sanfrancisco as everybody knows is a very expensive city but I dont think this minimum wage hike will hurt small busineness all that much.

  • Seems like this was shot by a native- loads of "inside" shots. Good on you. While I am at it... for anyone visiting San Francisco- Take a tour INSIDE one of one of these famous "Painted Ladies" on "Postcard Row", Alamo Square, (as seen in this video and on "Full House" and many other films). Call 1-888-982-2632. Reservations required. Please do not ring the bell. Most rooms are shown on three floors. History, Architecture, Film and TV trivia as requested. Group discounts available.

  • San Francisco what a fake piece of shit city, full of posers and fake liberals who consider it a trend to be liberal. Racist, intolerant, rude, self righteous, SMUG UP THE ASS.

  • Moving in to SFO from Miami, fall 2012, can't wait!

  • regretfully I moved from the Bay Area 5 years ago.. I miss it terribly every single day. Hope to see you soon SF and I miss all the wonderful people too. Such a great place.

  • ***excellent***

  • I gonna post your video on VK.com and you'll

have much more views. It's greatest Russian

    social web site.

  • Veeseee128... I hate to agree with you... but what you state about New Yorkers (especially city folks) in general is very true indeed! I know-because I've lived here most of my life. And while there are great things about this particular city... the fact stands, the majority of New Yorkers are indeed quite intrusive and full of themselves. Everybody here thinks they're stars-when in fact they just put a facade to hide their insecurities! I hope to relocate once I graduate from college!

  • San Francisco Chinatown has good food

  • midwesterners and west coasters are easy going folks. i dont know what it is but the whole east coast from maine to florida are rude racist assholes.

  • people in sanfrancisco are so polite and easy going. when i was in new york most new yorkers seemed very selfish and so into themselves. you couldnt ask them for the time of day because they probably thought i you were gonna ask them for money. new yorkers are very rude. escpecially black and itallian new yorkers. new york is just a big shppping mall. it doesnt care about people only making more and more money.

  • Just got back. Greatest city I've ever been to. Much nicer than LA

  • Great photo's

  • Was there this weekend, Best City Every!

    Top Places To Go:

    1- Golden gate bridge

    2-Pier 39(Lots To do)

    3-Downtown market st.

  • 2 more days and then I'm there!!

  • I have been to many places, but I truly left my heart in San Francisco. Just like the song, every word is true. What a beautiful city. More romantic than even Paris; in my opinion.

  • Was at the city hall yesterday, most of the visitors are European looking, a dozen French teens running up and down the stairs while working on a school project. Local restaurants are filled with the Europeans, and at a neighborhood sushi bar I had to wait 20 minutes for one bar seat when two European families taking over the entire bar. The Europeans are going head over heels in love with SF, nothing new, but they know the best.

  • wow-Thank so much for this Beautiful Photo Show of San Francisco! I just so happened to be wearing a San Francisco T-Shirt on today when i found this!~B-Zar Well, you truly Captured the Essence of The City By The Bay in an Exquisite way! I Lived there 7 Years, now i live in So. CAL) Nothing ever like S F)Thanks so much! I Know every single place you took a photo (almost( Thanks again-Best video Ever!

  • San Francisco is my favourite US city..hands down! such an amazing city, very cool!

  • @utube0critic Agreed!

  • @kangooropally it's Lombard st. on Russian Hill

  • Great city.

San Fran is beautiful and has so much to offer.

    I love it.

    George Vreeland Hill

  • @DramaticUsername

"the flaming faggots you'll find there."

Yes, the flaming faggots who make San Francisco one of the best places in the world, dumb homophobe.

  • Can't wait till I go!!!!!!! What's the weather like?

  • @Django5198 its pretty nice weather but if u go near ocean and sunset its really windy and cold most of the time sf has great weather really sunny and cloudy

  • @wil123liam741 cheers!!!!!

  • @wil123liam741 What's the temperature usually like in the summer?

  • @Django5198 through out most of the summer its pretty cool but when summer is about to end for about a week its like 85-90 degrees its pretty cool because of all the oceans near by bay area

  • @Django5198 COLD dont bring short expecting l.a weather. A nice windbreaker and sweaters and you'll be fine.

  • It's my favorite city in U.S A!!!

  • i'll be there soon

  • Now this is what I´m talking about. ;)

  • I really love this city. I can't put it into words, but every time I come back after a short weekend away, I fall in love all over again and am reminded of how lucky I am. Those who rag it for being liberal, then just don't visit. :) There are plenty of welcoming and warm people and if you're going to be a snob, stay where you are, listen to your Glenn Beck, enjoy your boring life and your trips to walmart. I'll be out riding my bike through Golden Gate Park and walking through the Mission.

  • This was cool, and I'm going there in about a couple of months.

  • urine soaked side walks, homeless everywhere, guys holding hands, women holding hands, everything is expensive, bedbugs everywhere, what is there to love?

  • @veeseee128 the beauty that you couldn't see. thats what there is to love. and whats so wrong with same sex couples holding hands? is that really all that disgusting or even something to shake your head at? you're not going to see much beauty at all in life if you look at everything in that point of view.

  • @hollaback61694 I was just being a lttle humorous. Sanfarncisco does have some good things about it. Such as very nice grocery stores that seem to have everything you would want that is appetizing. Plus pretty parks, nice zoo, different cultures all mixing as one. A lot of asians and hispanics. Palm trees, nice places to shop if you have money. Cool festivals and concerts. Nice weather all year round compared to other states.

  • finally. Stanford and San Francisco. All the pain and suffer pays off. :)

  • I LOVE SF :-)

I visit every weekend. It's the most beautiful city in the world !!!

  • Great video...I am in SF as I type (19/03/11). This city is full of LIFE! I have done the Embarcadero...thats a long waterfront walkway, get tired jump on a tram for 2 bucks. Transit takes you anywhere in this city and dead easy to get around! I highly recommend coming here...food is awesome, P-39 and the wharfes and them sea lions...Im coming back...with the wife this time lol!

  • My wife and I plan on visiting San Francisco soon...can anyone offer advice as the best places to visit, places to avoid etc. I would appreciate it...Thanks in advance!

  • @Terrapin7171 I live here in the city. You could go to a whole lot of places. check out twin peaks. You get to see the best view of frisco from there. Head out to the cliff house to eat. Golden Gate park is nice too. Union square for shopping, Mission st for the mexican food. Chinatown is where you find everything dirt cheap. fishermans wharf is the main tourist attraction. Pier 39 is too. Go down Lombard St. (The curviest road in CA.) Its one hell of a city to be in my man. Have fun Message me

  • @Moctezuma89 "FRISCO???" How long have you lived in San Francisco???

  • @Terrapin7171 Message me if you want more info or anything when you come out. I live on Polk St. and Broadway. Have fun when you come. Take your wife to Twin Peaks. She'll love it. When I took my GF out there for the first time. I sang her a song up there with the view of SF at night in front of us. Since then, she's been on love with me. ;)

  • Omg I hate living in Chicago. Why does anyone live here when you could live there? Chicago blows ass.

  • @ryanbelknap Blows ass ? Chicago fucking rocks!!!! Can't compare to san fran but boy!!!!!!

  • I have visit San Francisco 6 times and hope come backa agian soon.

  • Precioso San Francisco

  • Great video

    Thanks for sharing

  • damn i realy miss san francisco. i remember all the parades, and let me tell you, the bay to breakers was one of the best X)

  • Cable cars are so much more fun when your standing on the outside corner with only one foot on the step, playing guitar while holding a skateboard under your left arm =D

the tourists got a kick outta that one

  • I am traveling to SF in July for 5 days. Can't wait. Looks such an amazing city. Anyone know what the weather is like at this time of year?

  • @nervousflyer Summertime is cloudy but get sunny and i live in san jose

  • @nervousflyer I live here and July is cold and foggy (which burns off by noon) so...bring a jacket....we all wear layers, Summer starts circa Sept 15 and last about six weeks.

  • Thanks for the info.

  • yee proud to be from here. and you forgot coit tower and pier 39

  • I wanted to find an underground music store that sold rap/rock local artists tracks from San Francisco when I visit, whats the best New Age/Hippie store there, is there a place like grafitti alley, what about art galleries, what about hippie places to eat, Stupid questions probably but I am from Ann Arbor we are into this stuff a lot here, I think San Francisco might have something like that too from what I have heard. Also where is Anton Leveys old house I wanted my pic in front of it.

  • @theindigonation oooh, try the clarion alley for fantastic murals, located in the mission district. :) the mission district in it self is pretty awesome (personally speaking) but also a bit hipster- but good for art galleries! art galleries are also all over the city- you could try the marina district, the DeYoung in Golden Gate Park, etc. for "hippie" places to eat, iconic SF and whatnot, try haight street (as in haight & ashbury)- peace cafes up the whazzoo. not sure about anton levey haha

  • Vegas + Los Angeles + San Francisco + New York City = BEST CITIES ON THE PLANET

  • @whatisitfuckface27 LA? No way! Have you ever been to Europe? I guess not.

  • @Prenisonona

lol well that's just my opinion. no I've never been to Europe and I'm not particularly interested in going, I'm sure it's great there though.

  • @whatisitfuckface27 obviously you have NOT been to Europe... Paris, Rome and Barcelona , now those are the BEST CITIES ON THE PLANET !!!!!

  • @1maidenfan1

Then correct me if I'm wrong, but perhaps I mean to say 'Best cities in the USA'?

  • @1maidenfan1

Then correct me if I'm wrong, but perhaps I mean to say 'Best cities in the USA'?

  • @1maidenfan1

    nah, europeans are pesky

  • @whatisitfuckface27 The best cities on the planet? and Rome or Florence or Venice?

  • @whatisitfuckface27

done all 3 only back to dull ireland good i wish i was still in vegas .good times

  • @ormonddanceclub

yeah, unfortunately I'm back stuck in boring, rip-off high-taxed prices in sydney. which 3 did you go?

fuck I wanna live in LA right now :(

  • @karolinahstar yeah i agree ... most of americans are way into themselves .. yeah they should have seen the rest of the world (not just america ... -.- ) :D

  • @whatisitfuckface27 The planet? You need to get out more sir. :)

  • @whatisitfuckface27 LOS ANGELES!!!THERE ARE SO MANY MOBSTERS OVER THERE!!!

  • @whatisitfuckface27 LONDON ?????

  • @whatisitfuckface27: if you REALLY bother to do a little searching around Las Vegas OUTSIDE OF THE STRIP you'll find that Las Vegas is actually a pretty sad sorry "city".

  • @whatisitfuckface27 LA Babbyy ;]

  • i so want to go there

  • One of the truly Cosmopolitan Cities in the World. I Lived by the Bay from 1955 til 1960, while in the USAF. i Really liked my first Duty Assignment at a radar site high atop Mt Tamalpias. We really had fantastic views from up there. Watching the fog roll

  • The city is every bit as beautiful as this video portrays, and more. Certainly my favorite American city, and I lived in many.

Of course, I may be biased: I live just 20 minutes away! :)

  • I will be visiting San Francisco in a few months. I am excited. Looks really cool. I live over a thousand miles away. I finally get to see the place I have dreamed of visiting since I was a child.

    Peace.

  • @theindigonation where are you from? i live just by the city and am there all the time. take a few days and really get to know the beautiful city, it's really worth it! it's by far my favorite city in the world.

  • @reneeisbomb911 I am from Ann Arbor Michigan, my family and I will probably spend 3-4 days exploring around the city I plan to visit Alcatraz, and I kind of want to see Haight and and Ashbery st, knob hill, etc really its still in the planning stages, its one of several places we will be visiting (including Yosemite) I have got the tickets though so I hope I will make it out there. I don't know much about the city yet but my parents have been there before and they say I will love it.

  • @theindigonation california has so many incredible places. i recommend yosemite, tahoe, la, and of course san francisco. it really will blow you away - it's such an inviting city full of wonder. be sure to visit union square, ghiradelli square, the embarcadero, at&t park, pier 39 & fisherman's wharf, lombard, the painted ladies, coit tower, and oh so many more. even though i'm there multiple times each month.. i still get that warm fuzzy feeling every time i'm on that golden gate bridge. :-)

  • @theindigonation You are going to have the time of your life.

The architecture and atmosphere of the city is just breathtaking. You are not going to want to leave. Make sure you visit Ocean Beach! And of course check out the AWESOME shopping in Union Square and their mall that is 9 floors with curved escalators :)

  • @sactothebay Thanks for the tip. That sounds absolutely awesome a 9 story mall. I will tell my family who is making the trip plans about it.

  • @theindigonation I suggest you take a city map everywhere you go, and ride main bus lines. Height street, Market street, Mission. Get lost in Golden Gate Park. Show Downtown~ Visit Castro~ Have fun!

  • @theindigonation I don't get it, I live 2 hours away from San Fransisco, and go there often because of family, and every single time am bored out of my mind. I don't understand why people think it's so fascinating or dream of going there? It's full of liter and graffiti and cold and smelly and there are hobos everywhere, and the traffic isn't fun (I mean, not horrible, like LA or anything, but it's still not good traffic) Why?? D;

  • @theindigonation you should see the view at night on twin peaks, im on top of the world with 40 people i dont know

  • @theindigonation So, have you made it out to San Fran and if so what did you think? What were your first impressions? Was it close to how you thought it would be? What were your favorite parts and what didn't you like if anything? If you made it I hope you enjoyed it! I love that city but it is very expensive to live there and it takes a lot of hard work to make living there work. Lots of traffic too!

  • @theindigonation it's my favorite place in the world!

  • @bubblyanarchist77

Ditto. There's nothing like SFO on this planet!

  • San Fran - ??? spot is lean me ???

  • I also dream of visiting San Francisco, funny thing is, I actually live there

  • America's greatest city!

  • San Francisco ROCKS! I went to the 40th anniversary of the Summer Of Love in 2007, andi n 2009 Westfest 40th anniv. of Jimi Hendrix at Woodstock at Golden Gate Park. The Victorian Homes, Golden Gate bridge. I'm from Seattle and always enjoy the city by the bay, I go S.F. quite often . I think it would be great to live and work there.

  • Nice video, really good music but what about the Castro? i didn' t see any pictures of the Castro! Any prejudice?

  • Beautul city! =)

    My dream vacation.

  • San Francisco is full of cracks and needs to rebuilt. It's city wide.

  • No other words, than fabulous!

  • @alwayson09 I could not agree with you more !!

  • Thanks for giving me a taste of SF. Son is moving there soon to work in Silicon Valley. Hope to visit him...so seeking out what's on offer. Looks wonderful...

  • whoo hoo i am from england i be in san fransisco on holiday next week yehaa

  • Nice trip down memory lane, having lived there for 5 years, in the 1980's.

Makes me want to move back.

    Probably not.

  • Thank you for the great video. I will review it everytime I get homesick (daily)...I live in Dallas now. :( I lived in SF proper for 8 years, and in the Bay Area for for 30 years. I am a very proud SanFranciscan which requires me to come to it's defesne on a regular basis here in Texas. Thank god for the Giants making their mark all over the Rangers in the Series! I loved it!

  • whats the naame of the song??? ive been looing for this song foreva!!!

  • @martinusa1 Robert Miles /watch?v=22__S8JA5QM&feature=related

i gues this is children song

  • Wow, so much hate here...it bugs me that there is so much negative energy in this world.

  • Hey man, thanks for uploading this vid! I'm from SF but am currently living abroad, and was feeling a little homesick, but this video cheered me up! I just wish it was as sunny as these pictures all the time, damn bay fog haha! Peace bro

  • My god San Francisco is beautiful, I have family that lives near there and I visit them whenever I can, just so I can go on another tour on that fine city. Much love from Bakersfield.

  • @gamezwizard Have fun in that rat infested shithole.

  • aside from gays and liberals, san fran is the most goddamn beautiful city ive ever been to

  • Nice try but SF is going bankrupt due to its openness to sancurary cities and left-leaning government spending programs.

  • @dadecountyhustler305 you're right, but that doesn't make it less beautiful :)

  • @gamezwizard lucky you. its an amazing place.

  • I was there the other day. Once I'm done with college, I'm moving there or close to there. I hope anyways. Very beautiful city.

  • all these sites packed into 49 square miles. " perfectly ridiculous place to build a city" a friend from Europe noted. I'm glad they did. Best walking city anywhere. Every few blocks the scenery changes. Just stay out of the Tenderloin - and the Mission District late nights......

  • @tacodreamteam and bayview/hunters point lol

  • Nice place.

What's the name of this song?

  • @renanmorrison Robert Miles - Fable

  • @N0vakDj Thanks, =D.

  • sighhhh..... almost cried watching this.. ran away to san francisco in 2008 for 3 months, now seeing all the places again... memory lane. thanks for the vid

  • Full of jews and Americans - That would put anyone off!

  • @roco444 RACIST!!!!

  • @gurache: "is there a french quarter". Yes there is a "defacto" "french quarter" in that in Downtown there is section around Bush street and Kearny, Grant, and kinda Stockton streets where French nationals congregate and there are many stores - mainly eateries - that focus on french tastes.

  • I want to move to San Francisco.

  • Amazing vid! Thanks for uploading it.

  • i miss that city so much wish i could move there from australia!

  • WICKED MIX!! BORN "N"RAISE!!

  • well.. i live in San Fran it's really beautiful and the weather is totally awesome, however the people here a bit weird and if u wanna live here u'd have to accept everything and expect the unexpected

i used to live in Socal and although it's a place where a lot of ppl are materialistics (unlike here) but for me it's still more normal than here..
