There is no evidence in what Korean says.
Korean is only talking about the desire.
Goryeo, the Yi dynasty of Korea, the Great Korea empire, and the Republic of Korea are unrelated on the administration.
So, Korean doesn't go out to an international court.
Korea of the future will economically become poor more and more, and Korean will desire annexation to China.
