  • ♥♥ The biggest country singer who ever lived ♥♥

    Marty is wonderful.

    He is "AMAZING"..♥♥

  • this is my all-time favorite song of Marty Robbins. Awesome collection of photos in the video too! Great Job!

  • If you like Marty, try listening to Don Edwards "Kin to the Wind" a tribute to Marty. He sings many of Marty's great songs on his CD.

  • @jtyreetex Don Edwards does an excellent cover of this tune as well.

  • @BillFlann9 Another good thing about Don Edwards is you can hear it live and in person. RIP Marty.

  • Marty Robbins had such an amazing quality to his voice. Gives me chills! :D This kind of song was perfect for his voice!

  • I think any kind of song was suitable for Marty, he could just sing anything.

  • @NicoleMarie121593 amen to that fellow marty fan! no one will ever sing like him.the absolute best western singer well except for gene autry. best regards

  • Rest In Peace, Marty. You were one of the great ones.

  • One of the best examples of his voice. Just so pure. Any singer today would be wise to emulate it.

  • no one could ever emulate marty's voice. he was one of a kind.

  • @grannydyess

Listen to the Don Edwards version, he covers this song quite well.

  • okay i will do that.

  • @dandaman99 Interesting you should say that. You may want to check out Don Edwards version of this song. He really does the song justice. His guitarist ?? O'Brien? really completes the arrangement perfectly. It was Mr Edwards version that brought me here to youtube to hear the original. Personally I prefer the Don Edwards version, if not just for the superior guitar work.

  • nice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
