@MrManwitaplan Looping is so much fun. I don't recommend or endorse any one company as far as loopers go. My advice would be to go check out a few models at your local music store and see what would suit you the best depending on your budget. Best of luck!
Fantastic... Is that the RC-50 by boss you are using?... I have just started using the digitech stereo jamman... It's my first dive into live looping... how would you rate the digitech compared to the boss rc-50?... is it worth the extra $200?
@SimonWojcik1 Yes, in this video I'm using the RC-50. I think that in the end what you do with the loop pedal is more important than what pedal you are actually using. Both Digitech and Boss make great loop stations but it's really the people that play with them that have put both companies on the map. There are others. Have fun with what you have and you can't lose!
Should have ripped out a solo in G (Harmonic) minor. It would have gone perhaps a little eastern but would have been a sweet way to experiment outside of pentatonic. Sweet looping though love your stuff.
Whats your signal path to your mixer/pa?? I just bought a looper and am wondering the best way too hook up instruments/ mics to the looper/mix. Let me know if you don't mind.
I use a mixer. I just wouldn't feel right telling you exactly how I set this up. I had so much fun experimenting over the course of a year to find what I wanted that I encourage all others to do the same. Enjoy the new looper!
u know u r good when people can't even believe u r doing it live!!!!! ;) for the record though...i have seen him on more than one occasion live...and it is all skill!!!!!
Not sure what you're implying here but everything you hear is recorded by the Mics you can see clearly in the video which is in turn all patched into a mixer then out to my looper and back to a second mixer (which is where I recorded the audio).
If you guys out there think, this is Hobbs,Well think again,if you wonna see hobbs face.Go to his channel page 6 at the bottom of his videos. BTW HOBBS IS AWESOME :)
From one looping artist to another.... right on man!

dickstarbuck13 7 months ago
@dickstarbuck13 No pickup. Just mic'd.

Hey man, this is fantastic. Have you ever seen Phil Keaggy's work on a loop pedal? Truly inspirational...
Search YouTube for "Phil Keaggy Salvation Army Band" and enjoy! He's one of the best and most unheard of guitarist ever

Are you just using a bass pod or are you going through an isolation cabinet for your Beatle Bass?
newboldrob 2 years ago
The Beatle Bass is plugged into a mixer.
jasonr123guitar 2 years ago
i would like to know the bass tabs 3:20 :)
AcMetal10 2 years ago
Well, I probably won't get around to writing them out but it's in C minor using the pentatonic scale at the 8th fret if that helps!
jasonr123guitar 2 years ago
how did you manage to cut out ambient noise if this was recorded outside as shown? o.0
risenwretch 2 years ago
The audio source is not from the camera. I record everything I do with a direct patch from my mixer for higher quality sound.
jasonr123guitar 2 years ago
This comment has received too many negative votes show
yeah I would have believed that except of course... you didn't patch the maracas
