The extra bridge is a wooden bridge, no matter what.

@SystemofadownSD What do you mean by weird floor thing? If you are talking about the patch of nothing but grass near the bridge, that is from a house that use to be there but the person moved away and now all that is left is a patch of grass.

I had no clue I just stumbled on him, and I think if you don't find him on that one random day then he will just put the bridge in some random spot along the river.
