This is Florida hunting friend. They dont get that big here. I was told the state record is less than 150 inches. I havnt ever tried to verify it though. I am originally from SW Missouri so I know what a big buck is LOL.

He was definatly due. The weekend before we hunted hard for him a hog. Sat in the same stand over sour corn for two days hoping for a daylight hog. That Sunday we had to leave without hunting the afternoon. Tom put a buds young daughter in the stand and she got a big sow in less than 30 minutes LOL.

That does make for tough hunting. But man He'll be a good one when you catch up with him. Ours have to have 5" on one side and your allowed two a day. I'll settle for one! LOL

The Old Man took a nice little buck. There are damn good bucks on public land. Go deep into it to find em. Its a harder hunt, but usually well rewarded.
