@sully1429 it depends on the model. im not sure wich one he has on this guitar but ive seen em between 200 and 300ish. i personally would go with the sustainiac though since the fernandes recquires you replacing ALL of your guitars electronics (with the option of still swapping bridge or middle pickup) but all around sustainac allows you to keep more creative freedom in my oppinion and can be made sound like any neck pickup you want

he is NOT a shredder. A shredder is merely a Chops stricken Guitard. Vai is an artist, in the purest sense of the word. The guitar is his medium. he has some of the greatest chops ever seen - but it does not define him. A shredder? who cares? This guy has changed the game, as so few have. And it is for all the right reasons. he has a genuine love for guitar, and music. Les Paul, Edward Vh, Steve Vai. Master artists. there are others to be sure - but still a short list.
