Cliff, I want to thank you. I met you briefly when I was 15. You signed my program, and were very pleasant. Meeting you that rainy night in Seattle showed me that dreams can come true. You didn't know it but I was in a very bad situation. I was frightened, unsure, and had lost all hope of living. Your songs helped me hold on. God sent you into my path to show me I would be alright. After your concert I gained the confidence to escape my nightmare. Thank you so much. You are a true inspiration.

All I can see on the youTube channel are the spoken bits and a video of clips. Everything else says 'not available in your country'. My comment to that would be Gordan Ramsey's well know phrase but I don't talk like that!
