this was true when I was a child....there was so much that happened and so many times that police were called but back then about 20 years ago when called if the abuser faked being passed out or just left and hid until police left then they were free to continue abuse, Things have changed alot since then though now so maybe now you understand this video more. I lived in country with american family- grandfather was a christian preacher and he was the abuser of my grandmother.
