2 BR CONDO FOR RENT IN MAKATI CITY

One thing I noticed one thing about businesses in Manila. A few months ago I spent 3 months there and I can tell you for real without any bullshit that majority of businesses in Manila falsely advertise themselves just to sucker people in. Even 3-4 star hotels do it too. Manila is a shithole and major money spender. Best to visit the islands or stay in Cebu. Cebu is so much cheaper or just away from Manila Metro. I have no choice because I have a baby due to be born there. I am an Australian.

Damn.. thats like a japanese style bathroom no elbow room. I seen more expensive places like this in makati but i also seen cheaper ones as well. Despite all, I am going to continue to shop around until I can find the best price available withint this location.

yes!!!! i eventhough living in there !!!!! but they never "EDUCATED"!!! AND "owner is always runaway!!! any time i "CLAIM" THEY "NEVER LISTEN"!!!! so my "plan" next year "runaway " from HERE!!!!! @TXXVAL .....I have been renting my 2 Bedroom Unit Residence for 2 years now and I've never encountered an IDIOT like. Obviously, you have not seen my unit in person but as you can see here on this video, it has a standard size bathtub in the main bedroom. Residential Units are bit bigger than those Hotel's Suites and lay-out are slight different. It has full kitchen amenities such as fridge, 4 burner stove, microwave oven, coffee maker, rice cooker, 10 pc cutlerry knives, utensils etc.

There's "A. Venue Mall" along side "A. Venue Hall"next door. Plenty of malls are also nearby such as SM Makati, Landmark, Glorieta Mall, Greenbelt and Power Plant Mall in Rockwell...

My wife and I stayed here for 12 days during Christmas and New Year. The hotel is very well maintained, and the staff took very good care of us. As for the condo itself, it was very nice. The furniture and TVs are contemporary and gives you the feel of a luxury hotel. The full kitchen was used frequently for cooking our own food. The gym and pool were great - and used often. The balcony gave a great view of Makati. We were very lucky to get this condo - and we will consider for future trips.

Great condo! Stayed there Jan 2010. Nice location! Starbacks, Coffee Tea Bean, Wendy's, Mcdo, North Park, Pan de Manila, Ferino's, Goldilocks, Mercury drug, and a lot more are walking distance from the condo. Not to mention the A. Venue Mall with loads of restaurants. Hotel staff are very polite. Security tight. Condo is in the residential part so even hotel guests cannot reach the floor where the condo is. Would definitely stay there again! Thanks Albert!

I'm actually going back in October and planning to do some minor upgrades such as interior painting, install built-in closets and add more features in the unit such as phone/internet and stuff. Stayed here in July 2009. Great place..very convenient if you want to be around makati area. Very good service from the hotel staffs as well. Dont miss the great restaurants few steps away from the main entrance, i think they call it A. Venue Plaza (?). The condo is in a very good condition, well equipped with home appliances that you need.

If given the chance, i'll definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay here in March 2009. The condo was very comfortable to stay in with all the necessities.

The location was excellent, a very short cab ride to Greenbelt, Glorietta and Rockwell.

The hotel staff were very helpful and attentive and always willing to assist. Highly recommended! :)
