i think it will have been some kind of accident caused by cutting corners on health and safety or somthing. i doubt it would be deliberate for the insurance, but could be some other type of arson. but fuck me if it can burn down like that with no one in it thank god nowt happened when it had people in! very sad. rather enjoyed my nights at crasher
